DELIVERY

We will deliver “Complete Pool Packages” to the jobsite or to your place of business for a fee of one dollar and fifty cents per mile one way. Pools must be paid for in advance or you must have a certified check ready for our driver upon arrival at the jobsite. You or one of your employees must be available to help our driver unload.

Pool product packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS ground with tracking and drop-off without signature. Atlantic Pool Supply provides expedited shipping options as part of the checkout process. If you require additional options such as your carrier or account please email [email protected] . You will be emailed tracking information and may access your account online for additional account and order information.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
